Based on footage originally shot in 1968, this is a portrait of Syd Barrett’s girlfriend Iggy, referred to ubiquitously and affectionately by those who knew her in the late 1960’s as ‘Iggy The Eskimo Girl’. Iggy appears on the back cover of ‘The Madcap Laughs’ and forms part of the famous photographic sessions for ‘The Madcap Laughs’ by Mick Rock.
